CANCELLATION POLICY
I offer a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and a 100% cancellation fee will apply to avoid delaying other clients. No-shows will be charged 100% as well. 24 hour cancellation will be charged 50%
